Olamaie Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek is excited to host James Beard Award-winning chef Ashley Christensen for a collaborative book dinner on Monday, November 7 benefitting the Austin Food & Wine Alliance.
Fojtasek and Christensen will collaborate on all recipes in the kitchen, putting an Olamaie twist on Christensen’s famed Poole's dishes. Tickets are now on sale for this special event, which celebrates the release of Christensen’s debut cookbook, Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner.
The evening will begin at 5:30 p.m. with passed appetizers and cocktails, with both Christensen and Fojtasek welcoming and mingling with guests to talk about their special collaboration. Guests will be seated at 6:30 p.m. for a three-course dinner paired with beverages, and will receive a signed copy of Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner. Tickets for the limited seating event are priced at $125 per person, and are available now via the Olamaie website.
