Ashley Christensen: "Poole's: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner"

Our inaugural event on June 25th will be our first in the Defining Women: Celebrating the Women of Southern Food Tuesday dinner series. It will highlight this year's winner of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef, Ashley Christensen. In addition to her latest honor, Ashley also received the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast in 2014. She is the author of the cookbook "Poole's: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner," which we will be referencing, and owns four restaurants, a cocktail bar, and an event space.

We will be highlighting produce from Boggy Creek Farm and pairing beverages featuring STILL Austin spirits.
